Exchange and Return Policy :
In case of requesting an exchange:
Shipping and handling fee will be charged on the client.
How long do I have to make a return?
- Exchange or Return of any product must be done within 14 days.
How do I make a return?
- Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-More Cottons products.
- The reason for the return and conditions must be acceptable.
- If you recieve a damaged/defective item, please contact us during business hours from 9 AM to 5PM within 24 hours
- First the product will be checked by our product quality team within 3 to 5 days from the day we recieved it .
- After being checked one of the following actions will be taken:
- If the product is proven defected due to material or manufacture, the full product value will be returned to our client.
- If the product doesn’t have any material or manufactured defects and the mentioned problem was due to misuse, the product will be returned to the client.
Can I still return items if they are washed, damaged, or have the tags removed?
- Items must be returned unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
How to contact us for Exchange or Return?
- Client should contact our customer service agents through the phone numbers listed on the web site, during business hours 9AM till 5 PM.
- A message could be sent to our Whatsapp including details about the required Exchange and Return.
- Client will be contacted as soon as possible.
How will i get my refund?
- Once we receive the product, we will review and notify you of the decision.
- If the quality check is successful, we will be calling you to arrange a refund or a replacement.
- Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.
