Return & Exchange Policy

As a customer, you have the right to return/exchange your order within 14 working days of receiving it.
Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
As a customer, you can exchange your order only once.
It is not possible to open the package on delivery and return it on spot with the courier.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back without submitting a return request, via email or whatsapp
In case you choose to refund your order there will be no charges other than shipping fees.
Products can be returned without any shipping fees in case you received a defective item or a wrong item other than the one you ordered
In case you choose to refund your order, We will check that our items are in their original condition then you’ll get your amount back through Bank Account Instapay or Vodafone Cash.

في حالة تأكيد الاوردر مع العميل و خروجه مع شركة الشحن هيتم احتساب مصاريف الشحن عليك

في حالة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع, لازم يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية و غلافه الأصلي

غير متاح استرجاع بدون تقديم طلب اولا من خلال الايميل او الواتساب

غير متاح فتح الطرد و استرجاعه مع المندوب، يفضل التواصل معنا من خلال

في حالة استرجاع الاوردر، لا يوجد أي رسوم إضافية غير مصاريف الشحن

يمكن استرجاع الاوردر بدون مصاريف شحن في حالة استلامك منتج معيب أو منتج مختلف

في حالة استرجاع الاوردر بيتم التأكد من وجود المنتج بحالته الاصلية اولا, و التواصل معك لتحويل المبلغ

في حالة الاسترجاع, بيتم استرداد المبلغ من خلال التحويل البنكي او انستاباي او فودافون كاش
