- Detergent: Use a mild, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fibers and reduce softness.

- Items must be returned in their original condition.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 working days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- One exchange only per order.
- Packages cannot be opened or returned upon delivery.
- A return request must be submitted via email or WhatsApp before sending items back.
- Refunds exclude shipping fees, except for defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds are issued after inspection via bank transfer, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash.
