- Temperature: Wash in cold or warm water (30-40°C)
- Detergent: Use a mild, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fibers and reduce softness.

- Refunds exclude shipping fees, except for defective or incorrect items.
