Shipping policy

if you wish to return or exchange full or part of order either because the order isn’t as per the specifications or the product didn’t meet the desired expectations, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at info@morecottons.com with your order number in the subject field and attach an image for the receipt (invoice).

Refunds are subject to the following terms:

• You can return your purchase within 7 days with proof of purchase for a full refund

• We are able to provide you with a full refund for your purchase in the case of the item being in the same condition as it was received.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
