- One exchange only per order.
- Packages cannot be opened or returned upon delivery.
- A return request must be submitted via email or WhatsApp before sending items back.
- Refunds exclude shipping fees, except for defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds are issued after inspection via bank transfer, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash.
