Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 working days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• One exchange only per order.
• Packages cannot be opened or returned upon delivery.
• A return request must be submitted via email or WhatsApp before sending items back.
• Refunds exclude shipping fees, except for defective or incorrect items.
• Refunds are issued after inspection via bank transfer, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash.
